Heavy snow which fell from mid-morning depressed the turnout in Evesham South By-election to 16.26%.

Diana was runner up in the election. The results were: Conservative 358; Diana Brown 176; UKIP 150.

Diana said "I would like to thank all those who turned out to vote in such difficult conditions. Fortunately many had voted by post earlier."
